Historical Hammerings – Blacksmith Experience

Saturday 7th March 9:00 am-Saturday 28th March 4:30 pm

£225

A rare chance to learn traditional skills in a truly historical setting.

Peter Trick is a ‘time served’ Blacksmith with over 40 years’ experience, 38 of which were at the world-famous White Chapel Forge, London. He actively supports us at our events each year, in our very own original Blacksmith Forge.

The opportunity has arisen for the site to offer a very unique experience for our friends and followers.

Our ‘Historical Hammerings’ courses will run from 0900 to 1630 on Saturday 7th, 14th, 21st & 28th March 2020 at  the price of £225 per person. This includes lunch, all equipment and materials.

Students will make either a Blacksmith Neck Knife, a Herb cutter or a trivet.

Each course will have a maximum of 2 student per day.

This really is an exclusive opportunity to create once-in-a-lifetime memories, whilst supporting the aerodrome.
